Directions to Lancaster Friends Meetinghouse:
From Downtown Lancaster:
From either Queen Street or Prince Street, take Orange Street (one way) west. Orange Street merges to become Columbia Avenue (Rt 462). About 2.3 miles from downtown, turn right on Tulane Terrace (just after a McDonald’s, just before Wheatland Shopping Center). The Meetinghouse is immediately ahead.
From Columbia, York and the West:
Take Rt. 30 east to the exit for Rt 741 (Rohrerstown, Millersville). At the top of the ramp, turn right on Rohrerstown Road. Follow for about 1.5 miles, through several traffic lights. At the intersection with Columbia Avenue (traffic light, Blockbuster on the right), turn left onto Columbia. Follow 0.5 miles, through one light. Just after Wheatland Shopping Center (Papa John’s on right), turn left into Tulane Terrace. The Meetinghouse is immediately ahead.
From Philadelphia and the East:
Take Rt. 30 west, through Lancaster City, past Park City Mall; take exit for Rt. 741 (Roherstown, Millersville). At the top of the ramp, turn left on to Rohrerstown Road. Follow for 1.6 miles, through several traffic lights. At the intersection with Columbia Avenue (traffic light, Blockbuster on the right), turn left and proceed as above (“from York and the west”).
From Reading and the North, and from Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take Reading / Lancaster exit from the turnpike (Rt 222) south toward Lancaster (about 12 miles). At the junction with Rt 30, take Route 30 west and stay on this through Lancaster City. Take exit for Rt. 741 (Rohrerstown, Millersville) and proceed as above (“from Philadelphia and the east”).
From Harrisburg:
Take Rt 283 to exit 741 (East Petersburg, Rohrstown Road). At the end of the ramp, continue straight (do not bear right), which is Rohrstown Road. Continue across Harrisburg Pike, through the interchange with Rt 30, for a total distance of 3.0 miles. At the intersection with Columbia Ave, proceed as above (“from York and the West”).
